What You Need

 sweet potatoes (2 lb.)
pkg.  (11.5 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Sweet & Spicy Seasoned Pulled Pork
cup  KRAFT or THICK 'N SPICY Original Barbecue Sauce
Tbsp.  BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
 green onion, chopped

Make It

HEAT oven to 425ºF.

PRICK potatoes with fork; place on rimmed baking sheet.

BAKE 40 to 45 min. or until tender.

COOK meat and barbecue sauce in saucepan on medium heat 6 to 8 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

SPLIT potatoes. Serve topped with meat mixture, sour cream and onions.

How to Cook Potatoes in the Microwave
Pierce potatoes with fork as directed; wrap in damp paper towels. Microwave on HIGH 7 to 8 min. or until tender.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
