  • Cook and stir chicken in barbecue sauce in medium skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until chicken is done.
  • Toss salad greens with chicken, tomatoes and onions in large bowl.
  • Add dressing; mix lightly. Top with cheese.

Special Equipment Needed


The cooked chicken mixture can be moistened with additional barbecue sauce before tossing with the salad, if desired.


Substitute 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips for the cooked cut-up fresh chicken. Reduce barbecue sauce to 1/4 cup; toss with the chicken breast strips. Continue as directed.

Use Your Grill

Heat greased grill to medium heat. Do not cut the chicken into strips. Grill the chicken breasts 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), turning and brushing frequently with the barbecue sauce for the last few minutes. Cut chicken into strips; toss with salad greens, tomatoes and onions. Continue as directed.
