The time was way off on this recipe.. it took us 2 hours to prepare and cook this, and our range is a professional Viking.. so it was not a problem there. It didn't look appealing at all, and tasted worse. We started out at the temp suggested in recipe, but for the last 20 minutes we increased it. We will never make this again.
