Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like this recipe because it's quick simple and doesn't need a lot of ingredients. I like this recipe because it's quick simple and doesn't need a lot of ingredients. Very tasty too has a little spicy kick to it as well and works with any kind of BBQ sauce, I like Honey BBQ. I do substitute white potatoes for the red and just increase the potato cooking time to about 30-40 minutes, works great. I also have substituted the dressings for different flavors such as balsamic instead of Italian or different flavors of either also have tried Catalina dressing all very good.

I used small golden potatoes & cut up some carrot chunks to cook with the potatoes for a complete meal. I marinated the chicken (used chicken tender size pieces) in BBQ sauce during the first cooking period. The BBQ sauce spread to the rest of the dish while it cooked during the second period & made it so yummy! Skipped the cheese, not needed. My 3 yr old gobbled it up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this for dinner last night. Made this for dinner last night. It was fabulous! It was so easy to make and even my picky eaters liked it. No leftovers on this one! I didn't have red potatoes so I used regular ones and I tossed them with Good Seasons salad dressing. I think the chili powder enhanced the flavor. This is definitely a keeper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty yummy and super easy! Pretty yummy and super easy! :) I only used 1 tsp of chili powder and Kraft Zesty Italian dressing that I use on everything. Served with green beans. Our family likes things with a little kick to them, so even our 2 year old was excited about the chili powder lol!

This was an easy recipe, I cooked the potatoes for an extra 15 mins, my chicken breasts were much bigger than the 4oz called for, so I cooked them a bit longer too. I used spicy BBQ sauce and my family liked it.
