  • Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
  • Grill fish 4 min. on each side. Brush generously with sauce. Grill 2 to 4 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining sauce.


Prepare using halibut or swordfish steaks.

Mix sauce as directed. Place fish on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 4 min. on each side. Brush generously with sauce. Broil 2 to 4 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.

    This was awesome! It seems like it would be too sweet but it's a thin layer of tasty goodness on a thick piece of salmon. It was perfect.

    My husband loved it. I live in a Condo so I used my electric grill and it was perfect

    Our family loved this.I put the fish in the marinate for about an hour,then I basted it a lot.I also, added a little honey. I made extra sauce to baste and additional sauce for dipping.I did have a little trouble finding the BQ sauce but it was well worth searching for it. This is a keeper!
