Give potatoes a head start by partially cooking them in the microwave or in boiling water before grilling. Meanwhile, preheat greased grill to medium-high heat. (Or, spray grate of grill with cooking spray before preheating.) Cut the potatoes into slices, then grill 5 to 10 min. or until tender, turning occasionally with long-handled grill tongs.
Prepare using your favorite combination of summer-fresh vegetables, such as cut green beans, corn kernels and/or coarsely chopped asparagus.
