  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Spread tortillas with barbecue sauce.
  • Top half of each tortilla with sausage, potatoes and cheese; fold in half to enclose filling.
  • Grill 2 to 3 min. on each side or until quesadillas are golden brown on both sides.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.

Grilling Potato Slices

Give potatoes a head start by partially cooking them in the microwave or in boiling water before grilling. Meanwhile, preheat greased grill to medium-high heat. (Or, spray grate of grill with cooking spray before preheating.) Cut the potatoes into slices, then grill 5 to 10 min. or until tender, turning occasionally with long-handled grill tongs.


Prepare using your favorite combination of summer-fresh vegetables, such as cut green beans, corn kernels and/or coarsely chopped asparagus.
