Prepare as directed, threading about 3 cups cut-up fresh vegetables (red or green pepper chunks, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, sliced zucchini, onion wedges) and/or pineapple chunks alternately onto skewers with shrimp.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning on the grill.
This simple recipe is low in fat and a good source of iron from the shrimp.

Who would have believed something with so few ingredients could taste this good! It was awesome - I used white onion, cherry tomatoes and pineapple chunks. Absolutely fabulous! Will be making this often!!!
Who would have thought of BBQ sauce and shrimp could taste this good? Wow! I made this and added the veggies between the shrimp. Great for anytime--lunch, dinner, or company meal!
