We've made this twice. Super easy with basic ingredients that you probably have on hand. I broiled precooked shrimp in the oven for a few minutes - perfect and quick. My husband said its a keeper, especially in the summer.
Many people in my family are allergic to shellfish so I subbed it for chicken. IT WAS AWESOME!
