What You Need

1/2

cup BULL'S-EYE or KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

Tbsp. orange marmalade

Dash ground cinnamon

boneless beef sirloin steak (1-1/2 lb.), 1-1/2 to 2 inches thick

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

MIX barbecue sauce, marmalade and cinnamon.

GRILL steak 8 to 10 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF), brushing with barbecue sauce mixture after turning steak.

Although I did not like the steak,and my son thought it was okay, my husband, grandaughter, and daughter in law loved it. My grandaughter doesn't enjoy steak as much as she use to but she loved this and looks forward to eating it again! I would make this again for my family.

We really enjoyed this steak. The flavor was terrific. We had to cook it a few minutes longer on each side as we like our steaks well-done.

Tried the BBQ Steak recipe and it was a great hit with the family. Easy and delicious. Will use this BBQ recipe on other meats also .

My husband and I enjoyed this steak very much. We love to grill outside and the idea of barbecue sauce on sirloin steak sounded really yummy. And it was. Thanks so much. KCJ from Indiana.
