  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until done. Remove meat from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add water, Shells and corn to skillet; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until Shells are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  • Stir in meat, contents of Cheese Sauce and Bacon packet, and barbecue sauce; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with onions.
