What You Need

cups  shredded rotisserie chicken

can  (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1
cup  tightly packed baby spinach leaves
1
can  (8 oz.) no-salt-added tomato sauce

cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

 flour tortillas (8 inch)

cups  KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

COMBINE chicken, beans and spinach in large bowl. Mix tomato sauce and barbecue sauce until blended. Add 1 cup to chicken mixture; mix lightly.

SPREAD 1/4 cup of the remaining sauce onto bottom of 9-inch deep-dish pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with 1 tortilla, 1/3 of the chicken mixture and 1/3 cup cheese. Repeat layers (tortillas through cheese) twice; top with remaining tortilla, sauce and cheese. Cover with foil sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 35 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 5 min. Serve topped with sour cream.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Substitute
Cook 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts; chop. Use instead of the shredded rotisserie chicken.
Variation
Prepare using whole wheat tortillas, KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.
