  • Serve topped with cheese.

Special Equipment Needed

Game Day Tip

Since this recipe makes 14 servings, it's the perfect dish to serve a hungry crowd of football fans. And as an added plus, the vegetables and meat can be cooked with the beer ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, combine with tomatoes, beans and barbecue sauce in slow cooker and cook as directed. Reheat any leftovers to serve over hot baked potatoes or cooked OSCAR MAYER Wieners.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, sliced green onions and saltine crackers.

Prepare using your favorite flavor of KRAFT or BULL'S-EYE Barbecue Sauce, such as BULL'S-EYE Memphis Style Barbecue Sauce.

Special Extra

Top with sliced green onions just before serving.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the most delicious turkey chili I have ever eaten!! While it may seem you have many more steps then the typical dump and cook slow cooker recipe it is all worth it!! Think of this more has the simmering stage when cooking that you don’t need to watch. The only thing that I did different was I used all ground turkey because I could not find Italian Turkey Sausage in my stores only breakfast sausage. I used 85% lean so it would not be dry. This chili reheats well. It will taste even better as leftovers. : )

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I did not realize this recipe was a slow cooker recipe...reading is fundamental! I did not realize this recipe was a slow cooker recipe...reading is fundamental! Turned out OK. I think the beer taste was too prominent at first but i am sure that is why they say to use a slow cooker b/c i realized the longer it sat the better it tasted. I cooked it on the stove for about an hr on Med High and then simmered on low for about 30mins. As i said before, it tasted better the next day.

I halved the recipe and just used the ground turkey and did not add the sausage, but if I were feeding a bigger crowd I would use it all. Very simple to make and the flavor was great.
