BBQ Turkey & Stuffing Burgers

Ground turkey, stuffing, green onions and Parmesan combine to make tasty turkey burgers—even more so when they're brushed with BBQ sauce on the grill!

What You Need

cup  hot water
pkg.  (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
lb.  93%-fat-free ground turkey
  green onions, thinly sliced
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
 whole wheat hamburger buns, toasted

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

ADD hot water to stuffing mix in medium bowl; mix well. Add next 4 ingredients; mix just until blended. Shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

GRILL 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce for the last few minutes.

FILL buns with burgers.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Ranch or Italian.
Special Extra
Add 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon mustard to the meat mixture before shaping into patties.
How to Shape Burgers
When forming patties, press the mixture together lightly. Loosely packed, not compact, patties will be crisper on the outside and juicier on the inside.
