Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this several times. I have made this several times. Big hit each time. I used regular pie crust vs., the puff pastry. The last couple of times I made it I made individual tarts instead of one big tart. To make the individual tarts I used a 3 ½" cookie cutter to cut out the crust and baked them in my muffin pan. Also instead of drizzling with chocolate I used a blueberry topping. Everyone just raved about them. There are never any left.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was the hit of the party! This was the hit of the party!! I made 2 since the puff pastry came in 2 pcs and I had enough ingredients for both. I used sliced peaches, strawberries and blueberries as well as lemon pudding because I thought I had vanilla in the cupboard. Friends and family loved it, my only problem was cutting it, but I think that was because the serving platter had sides and I couldn't cut it all the way down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this twice: once, as written, the second, a variation. I have made this twice: once, as written, the second, a variation. The second was for my kids.I put the pudding mousse b/t two layers of pastry and melted chocolate frosting, spreading it on top. (like an eclair or Boston creme pie...) Both were challenging to cut without creating a mess, especially the latter, but both were outstanding in flavor and appeal! Neither lasted long!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I just made this for my husbands birthday party and everyone loved it. I just made this for my husbands birthday party and everyone loved it. The puff pastry dough was a little hard to work with and didn't look every pretty when I first took it out of the oven. But once I put the pudding and fruit on it turned out wonderful. Everyone thought I had bought it. I did omit the chocolate and it was still great.
