  • Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 10 minutes or until barley is tender.
  • Add VELVEETA; stir until melted.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using 2% Milk VELVEETA.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
