  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup sour cream.
  • Spread beans down centers of tortillas; top with meat mixture and 1/2 cup cheese. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up, burrito style. Place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
  • Bake 25 min. Top with remaining cheese; bake, uncovered, 5 min. or until melted. Serve topped with remaining sour cream.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with cut-up fresh fruit and a bagged salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.

Substitute

Prepare using BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese.

Variation

Prepare as directed, substituting 1 can (15 oz.) chili without beans for the taco-seasoned ground beef mixture.

Make Ahead

Assemble burritos as directed. Wrap individually in plastic wrap; refrigerate. When ready to eat, remove plastic wrap from burrito; wrap in paper towel. Microwave each burrito on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A very good, quick easy meal to make... A very good, quick easy meal to make... I modified it by using only two tablespoons of sourcream and only baking for 10 minutes. If you cover the baking dish the tortillas should stay soft or keep uncovered for crisper burritos (our preference) We made this with a side of spanish rice, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, taco sauce, guacamole dip and scopper tortilla chips. It was delicious! I definitely recommend it!

This recipe has ingredients I can find more easily now that I'm not living in the Southwest any more. If you can get your hands on some green chiles, though, try substituting that for the salsa in this recipe and make green chile gravy to top this with. So good!

They request it often. I serve with extra sour cream, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes or salsa, guacamole, and chopped green onions. It is really easy to tailor this recipe to your individual taste. Very delicious.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from this was a great easy meal i was also able to let my 5 yr. this was a great easy meal i was also able to let my 5 yr. old to help ( sprinkled cheese on the inside ) she was the offical cheese sprinkler she loves to help and ussually eats better if she does everyone loved it i also fixed the rice it was a hit ( my 2 yr old loved sour cream lol )

I have two sons. age 33 an 29 an my husband. they and me did love it and yes Iwill make it again. I gave the recipe to my Daughter she has six in her family. they like this type food also. thanks for the recipe.

In addition to topping with salsa, I also included lettuce, tomatos, onions, etc... thus allowing everyone to top their burrito with what they wanted. I served this with a spanish rice, and was very pleased.

I also added the enchilada sauce as well for more flavor and I used ground turkey and light sour cream to save on calories. Definitely will be making this dish again soon!!!

Also, everyone in the family can adjust the spicy-level by using their favorite salsa (or no salsa), since there is no salsa on the inside of the burrito. I add some chopped cilantro sprinkled on top of the burrito before serving.
