This was a delicious recipie and my guests enjoyed it! They said they felt sorry that I would have all those leftovers because I made so many, but, by the end of the night they were all gone. I used equal parts of creamy horseradish sauce and sour cream for the spread - it came out just right. Also, purchase a loaf of baguettes and have the bakery run it through the thin bread slicer for you! This saved a lot of time. I also put a small amount of spray butter of the bread before I toasted it.
