Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this recipe. Love this recipe. We make it quite often, and never the same way twice. We like it more on the tex-mex side. Usually I will make taco meat and use a small amount of enchilada sauce for creaminess. I have added bell peppers, jalapeños, cream cheese, and many other different variations. I have used crescent rolls for the crust, but prefer the listed recipe prep.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I made this but changed it up b/c I hate the sweetness of A-1. I made this but changed it up b/c I hate the sweetness of A-1. It was ok. Also made it using pre-made pie crust, a can of chili, frozen hash brown potatoes and topped it with cheddar cheese...and it turned out very good. I like the concept and will use the 'foldover' idea for many other fillings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was really good. This was really good. I made it with crescent rolls flattened out and added some additional cheese to use it up. The corn gave it a sweet flavor and the A-1 the spice. I made it in a pie plate and cut it into 4 pieces. I don't think it would serve 6 - would recommend and will make again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to make. Easy to make. Not a real big hit at my house. Husband said filling reminded him of sloppy joes. I used salsa with a dash of ketchup and A1. I make my own pizza dough and that turned out great. Won't be making anytime soon, but may try later with a few twists.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I liked the filling but not the crust, it was too dry. I liked the filling but not the crust, it was too dry. I read some of the reviews about how bland the crust was so I added salt and garlic and herb seasoning. I had to cook it for an extra 15 minutes just to get some color on it and to make sure it was cooked.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Made it per recipe with addition of chopped green pepper in ground beef. Made it per recipe with addition of chopped green pepper in ground beef. Apparently, we do NOT like A1 steak sauce, because this flavor took over the whole dish and no one liked it. Looked very nice though. May try with taco seasoning instead.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from As with most recipes, it's only a suggestion…make it your own with variations. As with most recipes, it's only a suggestion…make it your own with variations. I used chorizo and Mexican spices with lots of cheddar/Mexican mixed cheese along with black beans green peppers and lots more onions as well as jalapeno peppers.
