Prepare using original VELVEETA®.
Heat oven to 350ºF. Assemble enchiladas as directed using 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 20 min. or until enchiladas are heated through and VELVEETA is melted.
Try leaner cuts of ground beef, such as ground round or ground sirloin, in place of ground beef.

This dish was quick and easy to make. I seasoned the ground beef and added more cheese. I also doubled the recipe. There were plenty of leftovers after feeding four of us.
Very quick and easy! Next time I'll add more melted cheese to the top. My family enjoyed these enchiladas & I do plan on making them again.
