To cuddlesbear try adding a few sliced fresh jalapeno peppers to the mix and go for an onion with more taste. I live in deep South Texas and this is a favorite dish. Also try fresh corse ground black pepper. Note: Becareful how you handle the jalapeno peppers they burn anything they touch use a fork to hold them when you slice them do not touch eyes or other parts of skin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My girls and I love fajitas! My girls and I love fajitas! I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips instead of beef. I also use corn as well as flour tortillas for variety and a greek dressing for marinade and add a squeeze of fresh lemon and a dash of cumin. I also marinade longer.

I used a small london broil steak from my freezer and cut the meat while it was still half frozen, works like a charm. The Zesty Italian was enough spice, especially with sauce added to the toppings. Will definately make this again, as I thought it was quite tasty.

I have made several recipes out of this month's edition and have been very happy. In fact my DD's male friend liked the magazine so much, that she put his name in to have it sent to him.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My whole family loved it! My whole family loved it!! Even my picky teenager! The one thing I did diffenrently was that I added more Italian dressing at the end (appx 1/4 c. ) while simmering all together for more flavor. I would try tri-tip next time for more tender meat.

I thought it was pretty good, but the beef was kind of hard. Serving it with Sour cream adds a better balance to the taste.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family has made this many times. My family has made this many times. We really like it. Only thing we did different was to add extra dressing. Also, we already had a home made season mix for Italian dressing, so we just used that. It worked fine too!
