  • Brown steak in butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low. Add onions and water; cover. Simmer 30 min., adding more water as needed. Add green peppers; cover. Simmer 10 min.
  • Mix soup, dressing, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Add to skillet; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve over hot fettuccine.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing.

I used cream of mushroom soup instead of celery, and I used the frozen onion and pepper mix instead of fresh onions and peppers. We will definitely make this again for ourselves and for company.

I only needed to prepare the noodles and reheat adding the soup, mushrooms, miracle whip, worchestershire sauce and spices. This made it quick and easy. My family loved it!!!!
