Since hubby does all the stir-frying and oriental cooking around here, he fixed this tonight. The girls loved it. David and I really liked it, but it didn't have that something extra that would put it in the superb category for me. David said it was very easy to prep and cook. We'll be keeping this recipe around to make again with the mood strikes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This tasted much better than it looked when I was done cooking it! This tasted much better than it looked when I was done cooking it!! I was really pleased with the way it turned out. The meat was tender and the veggies were crisp and had lots of flavor! I mixed the pasta with the meat/veggie mixture in the pot, so the pasta had the great saucy flavor too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband loved this one! My husband loved this one! The price of beef was too high this week, so I sliced up breakfast pork chops instead. It was excellent. I also added some cashews and left off the pepper. I will try this one again! My husband was excited about taking leftovers to work!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this twice. I made this twice. The first time it didn't turn out so well. I cooked the peppers too long with the tomatoes. It all turned brown. The next time I actually read the directions, separated the tomatoes and cilantro till last, it came out perfect and sooo colorful

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good! Very good! The meat turned out awesome. I ended up marinating the sliced meat with the garlic and 1Tbsp of the Soy Sauce and Dressing for an hour... WOW. Once the Cilantro steamed in the mixture at the end it was D-E-licious.
