I then layered linguine with some spaghetti sauce in a casserole dish, put the ground beef on top of that, and then sprinkled mozzarella and chopped tomatoes on top, stuck it in the oven till the cheese melted. Family loved it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from i used ground beef so that i could add seasoning to the meat. i used ground beef so that i could add seasoning to the meat. The pasta needed something more. Next time i will try a white sauce for the noodles, maybe that will help. The dryness of the meal was why i gave it only 2 stars, but with a little fine tuning this recipe will be great.
