What You Need

lb.  beef sirloin steak, cut into strips

cloves  garlic, minced

Tbsp.  cornstarch
1/2
cup  KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1
pkg.  (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed, drained
1/4
cup  PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
2
cups  hot cooked whole grain brown rice
3
Tbsp.  chopped fresh cilantro

Make It

TOSS meat with garlic and cornstarch. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; stir-fry 4 min.

ADD meat; stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until done. Stir in nuts.

SPOON over rice; top with cilantro.
