Here's the beef: Sirloin steak chunks are marinated in A.1. sauce, skewered with red peppers and grilled to perfection in this easy kabob recipe.

What You Need

1/4
cup  balsamic vinegar
2
Tbsp.  olive oil
2
Tbsp.  water
1
pkt.  (1.25 oz.) A.1. Original Marinade Mix
1
 beef sirloin steak (2 lb.), 3/4 inch thick, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
4
 red peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
4
cups  hot cooked long-grain white rice
1
 green onion, chopped
1
Tbsp.  chopped fresh parsley

Make It

MIX first 4 ingredients until blended; pour over meat in shallow dish. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

HEAT grill to medium heat. Thread meat and peppers alternately onto 8 skewers. Grill 5 to 7 min. or until meat is done and peppers are crisp-tender, turning occasionally.

COMBINE remaining ingredients. Serve with kabobs.

For more color and flavor, stir additional chopped red peppers into rice mixture before serving.
