A refreshing spicy beef salad filled flour tortilla is a great way to use up leftover roast beef.

What You Need

1/2
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
4
 flour tortillas (9 inch)
2
cups   shredded cooked beef
1
cup   finely shredded lettuce
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1
medium   tomato, chopped
1
 jalapeño pepper, chopped
1/4
cup   chopped cilantro
1
 lime, juiced

Make It

SPREAD 2 Tbsp. sour cream evenly over each tortilla.

MIX remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Spoon evenly onto centers of tortillas; roll up tightly.

CUT in half. Wrap in plastic wrap.
