  • Cook and stir green pepper and onion in 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  • Add steak strips; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until steak is cooked through.
  • Top tortillas with steak mixture; drizzle with salsa. Roll up.

It came out very bland when I made it with the recipe. The steak had no flavor at all whatsoever. Definitely need seasoning next time!!!

I do agree with some of the other reviews that this could use a little more flavor, but its not terrible. I usually add a little sour cream and salsa and to them and my family never complains about the taste.

I did use a little seasoning on the beef to liven it up a bit and next time I'll have to have this with cheese.
