What You Need

lb.  beef stew meat, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
1
 onion, cut into wedges
2
cloves  garlic, minced
1
jar   (16.7 oz.) green salsa
1/3
cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1/2
lb.  green beans, trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces
3
cups   cooked rice, warmed
1/2
cup  KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
12
 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed

Make It

BROWN meat, in batches, in 6-qt. pressure cooker on medium-high heat 3 min. or until browned on all sides. Remove to plate; cover to keep warm. Add onions; cook and stir 2 min. Add garlic and meat; stir in salsa and barbecue sauce.

LOCK pressure cooker lid in place; place pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook 25 to 30 min. with pressure regulator rocking slowly (low to medium heat). Remove from heat; let stand 10 min. or until pressure vent drops. Remove regulator, then lid. Add green beans; cook on medium heat 10 min. or until green beans are tender.

COMBINE rice and cheese. Fill tortillas with rice mixture; top with stew.

Note

Substitute
Substitute 2 cups red salsa for the green salsa.
