This is delicious and easy to make, I really liked it as a weekend lunch dish.
I liked this recipe. I used all the ingredients the same except I used half ground turkey and half ground beef. I also added the black beans. Even my kids liked it. I used the cans coverd with foil for the bowls and they came out great, just added a little onion salt for flavor on them.
