  • Cook steaks in butter in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add cream, milk, flour and thyme to skillet; stir until well blended. Cook on medium-high heat until mixture comes to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in steak sauce. Serve over steaks.

Round Out The Meal

Serve with a side of cooked pasta and hot steamed green beans.

Great Substitute

Substitute 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed, for the fresh thyme leaves.

    I used deer tenderloin and it was very good! My whole family liked it, even the kids!

    The steak was good but there wasn't much to it. The cream sauce was terrible. I actually made it twice and both times it came out awful. Maybe I did something wrong but I followed the instructions and the ingredients and we didn't like it. I won't make this again.
