  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Thread steak, vegetables and oranges alternately onto 12 skewers; place in shallow dish.
  • Pour steak sauce over kabobs; turn over to evenly coat kabobs. Cover. Refrigerate 10 min. to marinate. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Grill kabobs 10 min. or until steak is cooked to medium doneness (160°F), turning occasionally. Serve over the rice.

Use Your Microwave

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good! Very good! The orange slices and marinade gave the veggies a nice taste! I would suggest the potatoes be precooked longer...the first time we made these, we precooked the potatoes, but they still weren't done after grilling the kabobs. The second time, we had the potatoes pretty much done, and the kabobs turned out great!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A little time consuming to prepare. A little time consuming to prepare. Didn't care for the oranges. Also, how to precook potatoes in recipe would have helped.
