Rated 2 out of 5 by from I seasoned the beef w/ tons of garlic, pepper, salt, worcesteshire sauce, chili powder and taco... I seasoned the beef w/ tons of garlic, pepper, salt, worcesteshire sauce, chili powder and taco sauce - otherwise, it would've been WAY too bland. Interesting, w/ the veggies - I used a Fiesta Blend, hence the southwestern flavor. Tastes pretty good. Not sure if I'd make again or not. True test will be hubby.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I used fresh veggies and Kraft Mac n Cheese. I used fresh veggies and Kraft Mac n Cheese. We're not big fans of the shells. I also seasoned my 90% beef with Italian seasoning spices. I drained the beef and Italian dressing after it was browned. Then, I added some more Italian dressing with the veggies. This was a pleasant surprise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My boyfriend and I both loved this. My boyfriend and I both loved this. I couldn't find the 2% shells and cheese so I used the regular. I also used froxen mixed vegetables (corn, peas and carrots). I also added some crushed red pepper flakes and grated parmasean cheese for more flavor. I will definately make this again!

Initially, I thought this recipe sounded good but was quickly disappointed after my first bite. I was even embarrassed to have my husband take his first bite due to my feelings. It's the wrong mix of too many flavors and forget about leftovers tasting any better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This turned out really well. This turned out really well. I didn't use Velveeta shells & cheese dinner...I cooked my own noodles and melted some Velveeta & milk in a sauce pan. I also didn't use the basil. I liked the flavors of this...it was different from other recipes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was very easy and good. This was very easy and good. I had to add some different spices and things to, in the words of Emeril, "kick it up a notch" as it was a little bland, but I liked the ease of making it and ease of clean-up afterwards.
