Fondue, already a great party food, gets even more festive with beer, cheddar cheese and chewy pretzel sandwich roll dippers.

What You Need

1/4
cup  beer
1
Tbsp.  flour
2
cups  CRACKER BARREL Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese
3
 pretzel sandwich rolls, each cut into 6 slices

Make It

WHISK beer and flour in microwaveable bowl until well blended. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.

STIR in cheese. Microwave 2 min. or until cheese is melted, stirring after 1 min.

SERVE with roll slices.

Substitute
Substitute 1 pkg. (16 oz.) pretzel sticks or tiny twists for the cut-up pretzel rolls.
Serving Suggestion
Serve hot prepared dip in a slow cooker to keep it warm while serving.
