I made this for a luncheon at work and everyone loved it. I use bottled Italian dressing though. I just wonder if anyone has tried using pickled beets.

what you need

pkg. (10 oz.) torn romaine lettuce
1
jar (15 oz.) whole beets, drained, cut into quarters
1/2
cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/2
cup PLANTERS Walnut Pieces, toasted
1/4
cup red onion slices, separate into rings
6
slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, crumbled
1/2
cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix

Make It

LAYER lettuce, beets, cheese, walnuts, onions and bacon on serving platter.

DRIZZLE with dressing just before serving.
