I made this receipe for a picnic I was attending and it's super easy to make, prep time a minimum, and the results are soooo good! It makes quite abit, so I recommend halving it if only for a small salad. I came home and my dish was totally empty! That's guite a success! I'd definitely make it again!

A great play of flavors, textures and color, so looks impressive for guests...and who has to know that it took only minutes to put together? This is a family favorite in our house! P.S. The Kraft Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette is awesome!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very tasty overall. Very tasty overall. I cut down the amount of tomatoes and basil. Definately use the mozzarella cheese, it really added alot to the salad. I left the dressing off so people could choose their own, but I think it was better with the sun-dried tomato dressing.
