i used custard cups lined with 'release' foil,,,
then added the cool whip, I left an indentation for the berries and refroze the cups,,
took them out of the freezer ,peeled off the foil and then filled them with the berries,, also made a strawberry puree to decorate the plate with.
Easy, fun, and a great ending to a summer or heavy meal
