Does the bliss come from the creamy cheesecake and sweet, juicy berries? Or the fact that it's a no-bake recipe? (And does it really matter?)

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Berry bliss run away cheesecake Made this recipe this week for a family get together and was so disappointed and embarrassed when I removed the side of springform pan and placed on cake plate. The contents quickly oozed like lava flowing. I did follow recipe exactly so I don'[t understand why this happened.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from House Favorite I've made this two or three times, and everytime I do, the man of the house is very pleased. It turns out perfect everytime, except when I don't whip the cream cheese long enough to get the sugar incorperated, or don't add quite enough sugar to make the mix thick enough before adding the berries and all they're juices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious and Easy I have made this twice now and both times it came out really good. I didn't put in quite the amount of mashed berries the recipe calls for, so it kept it firmer. But over all this is really delicious.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delicious I madre it last night & refrigerated it for 12 hours. I followed the steps the flavor was awesome but the texture was not hard enough. It fell apart.
