  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Toss berries with granulated sugar, tapioca, cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. lemon zest in large bowl; let stand 15 min.
  • Meanwhile, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, nuts and remaining lemon zest in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Spoon berry mixture into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with oat mixture.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until berry mixture is bubbly and streusel topping is golden brown. Cool slightly.
  • Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
