  • Add drink mix to water; stir until mix is dissolved.
  • Remove 2 Tbsp. prepared drink; add to blender. Reserve remaining prepared drink for other use. (See Tip.)
  • Blend prepared drink and remaining ingredients on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
*NOTE: CRYSTAL LIGHT Packets come in two sizes. Please note packet size before preparing recipe.

Note

Pour remaining prepared drink into 1-1/2-qt. glass or plastic pitcher. Add 1-1/2 qt. (6 cups) cold water; stir until blended. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Substitute

Substitute plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt for the Sour Cream.

    This was not that great! It is drinkable however way to sweet and it was not very cold like a smoothie. I added ice, used yogurt, and recommend only one package of dink mix not two...

    It was good a little to sweet for me but it was a lot better when i used yogurt instead of sour cream and added protein powder!!!!
