  • Add boiling water to combined sugar and dry gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
  • Stir in cold water, lemon juice and drink mix; pour into freezerproof 9-inch square dish.
  • Freeze 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
  • Stir gelatin mixture; freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  • Flake with fork before serving topped with remaining ingredients.

Special Equipment Needed


Use 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O SIMPLY GOOD Strawberry Flavor Gelatin.


If gelatin mixture gets too firm to scrape into flakes with the fork, let it stand at room temperature for a few minutes to allow it to soften slightly.


Prepare using your favorite flavor of JELL-O Gelatin.
