  • Beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, eggs, oil, cinnamon, vanilla, 6 oz. cream cheese and 2/3 cup milk in large bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in apples.
  • Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 38 to 40 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
  • Mix remaining cream cheese with powdered sugar and remaining milk in medium bowl until blended; drizzle over cake.

This moist cake can instead be baked in a well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or 12-cup fluted tube pan. Invert cake onto wire rack; gently remove pan. Cool cake completely. Drizzle with glaze as directed.
