  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce for later use. Mix remaining barbecue sauce with remaining ingredients just until blended.
  • Shape into loaf in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. Spread with reserved barbecue sauce; bake 20 min. or until meatloaf is done (160ºF). Let stand 5 min. before slicing to serve.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with smart sides, such as steamed broccoli, and a whole wheat roll.

Variation

Prepare as directed, substituting spaghetti sauce for the barbecue sauce and adding 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning to the meat mixture before shaping into loaf. Sprinkle loaf with1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese after topping the partially baked loaf with the reserved spaghetti sauce.
