  • Preheat greased grill to medium heat. Mix mustard, brown sugar, oil and vinegar. Remove half of the mustard sauce; set aside for serving with the grilled chicken.
  • Grill chicken 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining mustard sauce.
  • Serve with the reserved mustard mixture.

Keeping it Safe

Use a visual test to ensure boneless chicken breasts are thoroughly cooked. Cut small slit in thickest part of chicken piece. If meat is totally white with no pink color, it's safe to eat.

Use Your Broiler

Preheat broiler. Prepare sauce as directed. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through, brushing occasionally with the remaining mustard sauce.

    I make this meal pretty often and the whole family loves it. it is delicious!!! the chicken is always so juicy and the sauce is wonderful. its also super easy to make.

    Overall I think you have to be a huge fan of mustard to really like this dish, It was good to eat but not enough to repeat.
