Better Choice One-Dish Chicken Bake

With its melted cheese and mixed veggies, this Better Choice One-Dish Chicken Bake is bound to become the family's new favorite casserole.

6 servings, about 1-1/3 cups each

What You Need

cups  hot water
pkg.  (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
can  (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-fat condensed cream of chicken soup
cup  BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
cups  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
pkg.  (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower), thawed, drained

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

ADD hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.

PLACE chicken in 3-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese and vegetables; spoon over chicken. Top with stuffing.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).

How to Thaw Chicken Safely and Quickly
When thawing chicken under running water, be sure to use cold water. Keep the chicken in its original wrap or place in a water-tight resealable plastic bag. Be careful not to cross-contaminate other food products, work surfaces or utensils with the dripping water.
Substitute a 13x9-inch baking dish for the casserole dish.
Storage Know-How
Package boneless skinless chicken breasts in recipe-size portions in the freezer. Thaw only the amount needed for a recipe.
