I made this quite often for my Mom who was diabetic. She had a sweet tooth and this was a great alternative to other sugary desserts.
I make this recipe all the time, and its great, i mix it up too. I add whatever I have on hand. A few bananas on the bottom with vanilla pudding, or oreo cookies with the chocolate. Its fantastic and not too filling that you cant move after eating.
