When using fresh green beans you have to bake longer for a softer consistency unless you like your green beans crunchy. After 40 min on 350, I then increased temp to 425 for an additional 20 min and still I wasnt pleased with the consistency of the green beans. I used greek plain yogurt to sub the sour cream. The flavor was good. However, I wont use this recipe again.
