Wasn't real sure about using Italian dressing on wheat english muffins, but this recipe is WONDERFUL! :) and my husband who firmly belives "real men don't eat quiche" had 3 helpings, and the kids were arguing over who would have the last piece! deffinetly a crowd pleaser!
