what you need

Take 1/2 cup each chopped green bell pepper and green onions and 2 cups spring vegetables (cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, cut-up asparagus and sliced mushrooms) and mix & match your recipe from these options...

meat options add-in choices KRAFT Dressing and topper possibilities
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Grilled Chicken Breast Strips 3 cups cooked bite-sized pasta, cooled 1/2 cup Special Collection Caesar Vinaigrette, 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
3/4 lb. cooked beef strips 3 cups cooked instant Oriental noodles, drained 1/2 cup Sweet Honey CATALINA Dressing mixed with 1 Tbsp. soy sauce and 1/4 tsp. ground ginger, 1/4 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds
3/4 lb. cooked medium shrimp 3 cups cooked instant white rice, cooled 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette, 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
meatless: 1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, drained, rinsed 2 cups croutons 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Dressing, 1/4 cup each PLANTERS Cashews and ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

TOSS together meat and add-ins in large salad bowl.

ADD peppers, onions and spring vegetables; toss.

DRIZZLE with 1/2 cup KRAFT Dressing; sprinkle with toppers.

Serve with a whole grain roll.
Best of Season
Prepare as directed, substituting any of the following vegetables for the spring vegetables listed: small cauliflower florets, sliced peeled beets, baby carrots and/or fresh spinach leaves.
Fun Idea
Serve tossed with homemade tortilla chips. To prepare, simply cut 6-inch flour tortillas into triangles using kitchen scissors. Brush lightly with KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, then place in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 7 min. or until lightly browned and crispy. Cool. Add to salad just before serving.
