Fun Idea

Serve tossed with homemade tortilla chips. To prepare, simply cut 6-inch flour tortillas into triangles using kitchen scissors. I made the cooked beef strips and oriental noodle one. For the veggies I used steamed snow peas and halved cherry tomatoes and no onions since no one in this house eats them. It was SO good, my picky family gobbled it up and it makes GREAT leftovers, too! Also, using Chuka Soba oriental noodles really helped make the meal. YUM.
