Prepare as directed, substituting any of the following vegetables for the spring vegetables listed: small cauliflower florets, sliced peeled beets, baby carrots and/or fresh spinach leaves.
Serve tossed with homemade tortilla chips. To prepare, simply cut 6-inch flour tortillas into triangles using kitchen scissors. Brush lightly with KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, then place in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 7 min. or until lightly browned and crispy. Cool. Add to salad just before serving.
