    A great sandwich even though I did make a couple of changes. I don't like pineapple so I used banana peppers instead, and I made my own chipotle mayo by mixing plain mayo with some chipotle flavored cream cheese, delicious.

    I love this sandwich! The chipotle mayo and the pineapple are a big hit! Really better than a plain old ham and cheese. I made mine using multigrain sandwich thins instead of bread.
